Yeah, it's a femoral hernia with a loop of transverse colon incarcerated in it. We get to operate on these.

But for how long???? Wouldn't a girdle be much cheaper? and avoid that expensive operating room time... No risks of Anesthesia, PE, Wound Infection... Save the Operations for those GSW's, Stab Wounds, ruptured spleens that fail medical management... It's a new world order Buckeye...
